By accessing or using RoastMyPage ("Service"), operated by Foxxception LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoastMyPage is an AI-powered landing page analysis tool that provides feedback and suggestions for improving your web pages. The Service is available at roastmy.dev.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using third-party authentication providers (Google, GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs that you do not own or have permission to analyze
  • Use the Service to attack, scrape, or interfere with other websites
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@foxxception.com for billing inquiries.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Foxxception LLC. Roast results generated for your pages are yours to use. You may share them publicly.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated feedback is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any analysis.

8. Limitation of Liability

Foxxception LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
